Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Savix+ mobile application, website, services, software, content, tools, recommendations, notifications, offer discovery features, financial insights, merchant offers, bank/card comparisons, and related services (collectively the "Savix+ Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or using Savix+, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Savix+.

1About Savix+

Savix+ is a digital financial-assistance and spend-optimization platform designed to help users discover relevant credit card benefits, merchant offers, bank promotions, rewards, discounts, cashback opportunities, and personal finance insights.

  • Card benefit discovery
  • Merchant offer recommendations
  • Spend optimization suggestions
  • Personalized deal and promotion alerts
  • Bank and card comparison insights
  • AI-assisted recommendations
  • Financial planning or personal finance education features
  • Future features relating to savings, investments, budgeting, and broader financial decision support

Savix+ is initially intended for users in Sri Lanka and may later be expanded to markets including Australia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions.

2Important Financial Disclaimer

Savix+ is not a bank, licensed financial institution, credit provider, investment adviser, insurance adviser, broker, or payment institution unless expressly stated in writing and supported by the relevant regulatory approvals.

Unless clearly identified otherwise, all information, suggestions, comparisons, recommendations, insights, and AI-generated outputs provided by Savix+ are for general informational and convenience purposes only.

Savix+ does not guarantee that:

  • A specific credit card, bank account, offer, reward, discount, investment, financial product, merchant promotion, or financial decision is suitable for you.
  • You will receive a particular saving, reward, return, approval, cashback, or financial outcome.
  • Any offer, card benefit, merchant promotion, or bank campaign will remain available, accurate, or unchanged.
  • AI-generated recommendations will always be complete, accurate, or suitable for your personal circumstances.

You are responsible for independently verifying all offers, fees, rates, eligibility criteria, expiry dates, exclusions, taxes, charges, terms, and conditions directly with the relevant bank, card issuer, merchant, financial institution, or service provider before making any decision.

3Eligibility

To use Savix+, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • Use Savix+ only for lawful personal or business purposes.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

Savix+ may restrict or prevent access to certain features based on age, location, regulatory requirements, risk controls, verification status, or business decisions.

4Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create a Savix+ account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Notify Savix+ immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
  • Not create accounts using false information or on behalf of another person without authorization.

Savix+ may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that your account has been misused, compromised, used fraudulently, or used in breach of these Terms.

5User Information and Personalization

Savix+ may ask you to provide information such as:

  • Name and contact details
  • Country and preferred currency
  • Banks or card issuers you use
  • Credit card types or payment preferences
  • Spending categories
  • Merchant preferences
  • Offer interests
  • Location-based preferences, where enabled
  • App usage behavior
  • Optional financial profile information

Savix+ uses this information to personalize recommendations, improve offer relevance, enhance user experience, detect misuse, and operate the Savix+ Services. Our collection, use, storage, sharing, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which must be read together with these Terms.

6App Permissions

Savix+ may request access to certain device permissions, including but not limited to:

  • Notifications, to send offer alerts and reminders
  • Location, to show nearby merchant offers, if enabled
  • Camera, to scan cards, receipts, QR codes, or documents, if enabled
  • Photos or files, to upload receipts or relevant documents, if enabled
  • Contacts, only if a referral, sharing, or social feature is introduced and with your permission
  • Device information, to support security, analytics, fraud prevention, and app performance

You may disable certain permissions through your device settings. However, some features may not work properly if permissions are disabled. Savix+ will not access sensitive device permissions unless they are required for a clearly disclosed feature and allowed by applicable platform policies.

7AI-Generated Recommendations

Savix+ may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or rule-based models to generate recommendations, summaries, rankings, insights, alerts, or comparisons. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may:

  • Be based on limited or incomplete information.
  • Contain errors or outdated information.
  • Not reflect your full financial circumstances.
  • Not replace professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
  • Require independent verification before you act on them.

Savix+ may improve its AI models using aggregated, anonymized, pseudonymized, or otherwise privacy-protected data, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

8Offers, Promotions, Rewards, and Third-Party Terms

Savix+ may display offers, promotions, discounts, cashback campaigns, card rewards, merchant deals, bank benefits, referral campaigns, or sponsored offers from third parties. You understand and agree that:

  • Offers are provided by third-party banks, card issuers, merchants, networks, payment processors, or partners.
  • Savix+ does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, eligibility, approval, redemption, or fulfillment of any third-party offer.
  • Third-party terms, exclusions, caps, minimum spend limits, expiry dates, blackout periods, and eligibility rules may apply.
  • Offers may change, expire, be withdrawn, or become unavailable without notice.
  • Savix+ may receive referral fees, commissions, advertising fees, sponsorship fees, affiliate revenue, or partnership revenue from third parties.
  • Where offers are sponsored or promoted, Savix+ will aim to identify them clearly where required by applicable law or platform policies.

9No Credit Approval or Financial Product Guarantee

Savix+ may provide information about credit cards, bank accounts, loans, savings products, investments, insurance products, or other financial products. Savix+ does not guarantee:

  • Approval for any credit card, loan, account, investment, insurance, or financial product.
  • Any specific interest rate, fee, credit limit, reward, return, discount, cashback, or benefit.
  • The suitability of any financial product for your personal needs.
  • That a third-party provider will accept your application.

All applications, approvals, rejections, product decisions, pricing, and eligibility checks are controlled by the relevant provider.

10User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use Savix+ for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes.
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
  • Misuse offers, exploit loopholes, or violate third-party terms.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, modify, or interfere with Savix+.
  • Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or unauthorized APIs to access Savix+.
  • Upload malicious code, harmful files, or unlawful content.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights of others.
  • Use Savix+ in a way that damages our systems, reputation, partners, or users.
  • Circumvent security, verification, access controls, or usage limits.
  • Use Savix+ to provide unauthorized financial, investment, credit, or legal advice to others.

11User Content

Savix+ may allow you to submit, upload, enter, or share content such as preferences, feedback, reviews, receipts, card information, merchant information, financial goals, support messages, or documents.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Savix+ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process, store, display, modify, analyze, and transmit your content as necessary to operate, improve, personalize, secure, and provide the Savix+ Services. You confirm that you have the right to provide such content and that it does not violate any law, third-party right, confidentiality obligation, or platform policy. Savix+ may remove content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or inconsistent with these Terms.

12Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to Savix+. Our Privacy Policy explains:

  • What data we collect
  • Why we collect it
  • How we use it
  • When we share it
  • How long we retain it
  • How we protect it
  • Your rights and choices
  • How to request account or data deletion
  • How to contact us about privacy matters

13Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Savix+ account by using the in-app account deletion feature, where available, or by contacting us at support@savixplus.com.

After receiving a valid deletion request, Savix+ will delete or de-identify your account information within a reasonable period, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, tax, audit, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes. Some residual data may remain in secure backups for a limited period before deletion according to our retention schedule.

14Subscriptions, Paid Features, and In-App Purchases

Savix+ may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, premium plans, or one-time purchases. Where purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play:

  • Payment will be processed by Apple or Google, as applicable.
  • Your purchase may be subject to Apple's or Google's payment terms.
  • Subscription renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing rules may be managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
  • Savix+ may not be able to directly process refunds for purchases handled by Apple or Google.
  • You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal if you no longer wish to continue.

15Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and purchase channel.

  • For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests may need to be submitted through Apple.
  • For Google Play purchases, refund requests may need to be submitted through Google Play.
  • For direct purchases from Savix+, refund terms will be stated at the point of purchase or in the relevant subscription terms.

Savix+ reserves the right to refuse refunds where there is misuse, abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or where the service has been substantially consumed, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

16Third-Party Services and Links

Savix+ may include links, APIs, integrations, data feeds, content, payment services, analytics tools, merchant pages, bank pages, financial institution pages, or third-party websites. Savix+ is not responsible for:

  • Third-party websites, products, services, terms, or privacy practices.
  • The accuracy of third-party data.
  • Downtime, errors, or failures of third-party systems.
  • Losses caused by your reliance on third-party content or services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the relevant third party's own terms and policies.

17Merchant, Bank, and Partner Content

Banks, card issuers, merchants, and other partners may provide information, offers, campaign terms, logos, trademarks, descriptions, pricing, or promotional content.

  • Savix+ may display, rank, personalize, or recommend such content based on relevance, user preferences, commercial relationships, availability, or other criteria.
  • Savix+ may update, remove, reorder, or modify partner content at any time.
  • Use of partner trademarks, logos, or brand names does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

18Intellectual Property

Savix+, including its name, logo, tagline, software, source code, designs, user interface, text, graphics, databases, algorithms, AI models, workflows, recommendations, documentation, and content, is owned by Savix+ or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Savix+ for personal or authorized business use in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit Savix+.
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Use Savix+ branding without written permission.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Create competing products using Savix+ data, outputs, design, or functionality.

19App Store-Specific Terms

If you download Savix+ from the Apple App Store: These Terms are between you and Savix+, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Savix+ or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Savix+. Your use of Savix+ must comply with Apple's App Store terms and policies.

If you download Savix+ from Google Play: These Terms are between you and Savix+, not Google. Google is not responsible for Savix+ or its content. Your use of Savix+ must comply with Google Play terms and policies.

20Service Availability

Savix+ may be modified, updated, suspended, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued at any time. Savix+ does not guarantee that:

  • The app will always be available.
  • Features will remain unchanged.
  • Recommendations will always be accurate.
  • Offers will always be available.
  • The app will be free from bugs, errors, interruptions, or security incidents.

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, testing, or changes that affect availability.

21Beta Features and Experimental Features

Savix+ may release beta, pilot, early access, experimental, AI-powered, or test features. Such features may:

  • Be incomplete or unstable.
  • Produce inaccurate outputs.
  • Be changed or discontinued without notice.
  • Be limited to selected users or markets.
  • Be subject to additional terms.

You use beta or experimental features at your own risk.

22Security

Savix+ uses reasonable technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect the app, systems, and user data. However, no digital service is completely secure. You are responsible for:

  • Using a secure device.
  • Keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Updating your app and operating system.
  • Avoiding jailbroken, rooted, compromised, or malware-infected devices.
  • Reporting suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Savix+ is not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your device, account, credentials, or network.

23Suspension and Termination

Savix+ may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You misuse the app or offers.
  • You provide false or misleading information.
  • We suspect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or security risk.
  • Required by law, regulation, court order, regulator request, or platform policy.
  • We discontinue the service or a market-specific feature.

You may stop using Savix+ at any time and request account deletion. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and payment obligations.

24Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savix+ and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners will not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, savings, rewards, cashback, discounts, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
  • Financial decisions made based on Savix+ recommendations.
  • Inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or incomplete third-party offers.
  • Rejection of credit card, bank, investment, insurance, or financial product applications.
  • Third-party acts, omissions, systems, products, or services.
  • Unauthorized access caused by your device, credentials, or conduct.
  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Savix+'s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

25No Warranties

Savix+ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savix+ disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

26Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savix+, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of Savix+.
  • Your breach of these Terms.
  • Your violation of law or third-party rights.
  • Your user content.
  • Your misuse of offers, promotions, or third-party services.
  • Fraudulent, negligent, or unauthorized activity under your account.

27Market-Specific Terms

Savix+ may introduce country-specific terms depending on where the app is used.

Sri Lanka

For Sri Lankan users, these Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless otherwise required by applicable law. Savix+ will aim to align with applicable Sri Lankan consumer protection, data protection, electronic transactions, and financial-services-related requirements.

Australia

For Australian users, Savix+ may be required to comply with Australian consumer law, privacy law, financial services regulation, and applicable ASIC requirements. Savix+ does not provide personal financial product advice unless expressly authorized under applicable Australian law.

Singapore

For Singapore users, Savix+ may be required to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and applicable financial-services laws and regulatory requirements.

United Kingdom

For UK users, Savix+ may be required to comply with UK consumer protection law, data protection law, electronic communications rules, and financial promotions or financial-services regulations where applicable.

Savix+ may limit, modify, or disable certain features in specific countries to comply with local law or regulatory requirements.

28Changes to These Terms

Savix+ may update these Terms from time to time. We may notify you of material changes through:

  • In-app notice
  • Email
  • Website notice
  • App store release notes
  • Other reasonable communication methods

Your continued use of Savix+ after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using Savix+ and may request account deletion.

29Updates to the App

Savix+ may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, enhancements, or new features. Some updates may be required for continued use. If you do not install updates, certain features may stop working or the app may become unavailable.

30Communications and Notifications

By using Savix+, you agree that we may send you:

  • Service messages
  • Security alerts
  • Account notices
  • Offer notifications
  • Product updates
  • Legal notices
  • Marketing communications, where permitted

You can manage certain notification preferences in the app or device settings. Important service or security messages may still be sent even if marketing notifications are disabled.

31Complaints and Support

For support, complaints, privacy requests, account deletion, or legal notices, contact:

32Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. You agree to first contact Savix+ and attempt to resolve any dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be submitted to the competent courts of Sri Lanka, unless mandatory consumer laws in your country provide otherwise.

For users outside Sri Lanka, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights that cannot be excluded by these Terms.

33Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.

34No Waiver

If Savix+ does not enforce a right or provision under these Terms, that does not mean Savix+ has waived that right or provision.

35Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Savix+'s prior written consent. Savix+ may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, financing, corporate transaction, or business transfer.

36Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional feature-specific or subscription-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and Savix+ regarding your use of the Savix+ Services.
